The Clarify stage focuses on understanding what your work actually is before trying to describe it.
Many people know what they do internally, but find it difficult to explain. This is often because the work hasn’t yet been brought into clear focus. In this stage, attention is placed on what feels most true, what is essential, and what the work actually does.
As clarity develops, language begins to emerge more naturally. This stage supports moving from internal knowing toward clear understanding, without forcing expression too early.
